Project highlights include:

• Gross floor area square footage of 100,687 (FAR) on 2.8 acres.
• Sixty three residential condominiums incorporating over 62,000 saleable square feet. Residential condominiums include studios, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus Den, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom plus den and 3-bedroom homes. Residential units are anticipated to accommodate nightly rentals orchestrated by an on-site property management offering front-desk check-in and shuttle services. Fractional unit ownership remains a possibility for Rollingstone Village.
• Seven commercial condominiums comprising over 9,000 saleable square feet. Commercial units include a mix of spa & spa-retail, high-end restaurant, restaurant/pub, natural foods market, professional offices/studios, and miscellaneous retail occupancies.
• Significant community amenities including:
